NordInsights makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the information contained in the database.
NordInsights does not assume any liability for any errors or omissions in the content of the database. The use of the database is at the sole risk of the user. NordInsights shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the database, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

NordInsights reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material, NordInsights will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at NordInsights' sole discretion.
