A patient with the DePuy P.F.C. SIGMA Cemented Femoral Stem, P.F.C. SIGMA Fluted Femoral Stem, P.F.C. SIGMA Femoral Stem Bolt, P.F.C. SIGMA Femoral Adapter Bolt, P.F.C. SIGMA Femoral Adapter, UNIVERSAL Stem Fluted, SIGMA Taper Stem, P.F.C. Tibial Stem Cemented and P.F.C. Modular Fluted Rod construct may be scanned under the following conditions. Failure to follow these conditions may result in injury to the patient.
