The CRESCENT™ PEEK Spinal System was not directly tested; the SOVEREIGN™ Spinal System was selected to represent that system due to similarity of materials and a configuration at least as challenging to MRI imaging as the CRESCENT™ PEEK Spinal System. In non-clinical testing the SOVEREIGN™ Spinal System was determined to be MR-Conditional. A patient with this device can be scanned safely immediately after placement under the following conditions:
